Welcome. We are the RICHMOND TOUR GUYS. Since 2014, we have presented weekly tours of Richmond. We continue to reimagine, enhance and improve our tours, now offering four Signature Tours: Downtown, Church Hill, Shockoe and The Capitol. Additionally, we offer Private, Group, Custom, Specialty & Seasonal, and Step-On tours in Virginia’s most historic city.

OUR TOURS
The RICHMOND TOUR GUYS offer six types of experiences to provide a selection of tours for nearly every guided tour possibility. Our tours are perfect for individuals or families, friends, or groups. Offerings include distinct, two-hour, history-based, neighborhood walking tours, to a custom designed tour lasting a full or multiple days, These tours are sure to please.
Public
Signature Tours
Four distinct neighborhoods, each having their own story are presented as separate tours, lasting 2 hours. Available during our Public Season from Mid-March through Thanksgiving weekend.

DOWNTOWN
A stroll along the historic streets of Downtown Richmond. You’ll walk in the footsteps of the Founding Fathers. Highlights include John Marshall’s house, The White House of the Confederacy, the Egyptian Building and beautiful Capitol Square.

Meet Richmond’s birthplace while wending through more than two centuries of architecture in the River City’s oldest residential neighborhood, the original historic district filled with early American history.

CAPITOL
An extensive tour of the country’s first neo-classical government building, Virginia’s Capitol and the “Capitol of the Confederacy” during the Civil War. You will learn why Capitol Square is Virginia’s People’s Park.
